"My wife and I visited Village Motorsports on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 and immediately were warmly greeted by the Sales Department. I needed some gloves to take with me on my first ATV trails trip with our son. The Sales Associate was just SUPER!! She was very friendly and asked the right questions to make sure I got the best gloves for the trip I was taking. I also needed a part and she introduced me to Jake at the Parts desk. He and his associate spent considerable time trying to find the part that I needed. They told me that the part (a drain plug for the front fender compartment) couldn't be found on the parts page in the catalog. They even showed me the diagram and the lack of the part to be shown on the page. I told them that I would contact Polaris to tell them about this situation which I did and got a positive response from Polaris within hours. I was able to order the part that I needed and forwarded the info to Jake for future reference. Also, the young lady who handled the purchase of my gloves at the register was also top notch. Village Motorsports is a FIRST rate business with SUPERIOR customer service. I highly recommended Village Motorsports for any type of ATV and motorcycle needs. They truly care about you!!!"

"I purchased my RZR 570 6 months ago, and am really enjoying it. But I am particularly impressed by the treatment I receive at Village Motorsports. I had an 800 in mind, but after talking with Lucretia, she assured me the 570 would more than suit my riding style, And she was right. The 570 has done everything I put it to with no lack of performance. As far as service, I had a little problem with a sensor, and since I was going out of town with the RZR, John showed me a temporary fix I could use to keep my RZR going until I returned. After I got back home, I called, and the part was there. He told me to bring the RZR over, and it was fixed while I waited. I like to do my own service on my machine, and he also offered some tips and sold me just what I needed. I love the no pressure attitude from everyone there. Jim"

"Thanks to everyone at Village Motorsports who helped me with my very first motorcycle! Special thanks go out to Chuck. Because I was a first time rider, he took his time answering all my questions for me and there was no pressure what so ever while looking. He personally delivered my bike about an hour away, and took all the time I needed to go over all the features of the bike in order to make me feel comfortable before he left. It was very much appreciated! Also, thanks a bunch to Mona who spent a lot of time with me going over the different helmet and clothing options available. If you get a bike at any other dealership and you live within two hours of this place; you just cheated yourself out of a wonderful relationship like no other. So if you want a bike, they will do EVERYTHING possible to help you purchase the bike of your dreams. I gladly drive 1 and 1/2 hours to go to this dealership to get work done on my 2014 GSX-R1000. "Had been looking for a great price on Kawi Concours. Found these guys online. I have been dealing with another dealership for almost 10 years and was convinced I would not purchase anywhere else. I was wrong! The salesman I dealt with was great and the deal I got was also. They also stayed open late TWICE to make sure I got the things I needed done to complete my purchase...... It is my job to teach retail managers how to be better customer service providers and to teach their people to be better sales reps and provide good customer service. No lessons needed here. "I bought a 2012 Voyager ABS as my first Kawasaki. My experiance with Village Motorsports was the best ever. Very friendly as well as helpfull. The store is very well organized to the point that you can see everything they have, and navigating your way around is a breeze.. They made me feel welcome and right at home. A GREAT experiance. I will definetly be dropping by, if not for anything other than to say hello and grab a cold drink. I would definetly give these folks some consideration if you are in the market for anything from a new or used scoot to watercraft and offroad fun. They have it all.
